Maintenance module improvement in Management@mill

You can now manage spare parts with the maintenance module of Management@milll.
New features are:

• Computation of spare parts needs for any preventive maintenance plan;
• Notifications of missing parts for easy reordering;
• Print-outs with detailed instructions and pick-up list for operators.

Moreover, it is now possible to handle sections of the plant that are not under PLC control as if they were fully monitored, using upward or downward machines data in the plant, “simulating” effective working time computation with reliable data.

This module can be fully integrated with major ERP vendors so as to import spare part lists and stock positions for example.

The first customer to use this enhanced maintenance module is SMAG in their 4 plants in Gabon, and is fully integrated with a custom AS/400 system.
