Full production traceability with @mill

The Traceability module has received new features so as to make even easier information browsing and to display in an intuitive, tree-view screen all the following production data:

• Arrival dates for all receivings, suppliers & carriers name;
• Laboratory analysis made on any lot;
• Milling report, complete with extraction rates for any specific run;
• Key production parameters (like wheat blends, flour blends, conditioning time…)

This module allows to trace back material according to UE regulations (Reg. CE 178/2002) and to keep production under control (it follows HACCP principles), and is a completly paper-less traceability solution that keeps operators productive. It can be used even without production control (PLC/SCADA) systems as a standalone solution for non automated mills.

Customers choose @mill for traceability: in Italy, Molini Valente (Alessandria), Molino Bigazzi (Perugia) and Molino Magri (Mantova) are using @mill in their day-to-day production.
