“Global Customer Service” has the main object of flanking ordinary maintenance personnel by placing at its disposal a team of technicians highly qualified in the various areas of possible intervention. This is further strengthened by an individual case study and relative proposal of packages prepared based on Ocrim's extensive years of experience with flexibility to tailor them to the specific requirements of the plant being analyzed.
Types of maintenance offered are: breakdown, preventive and predictive. Moreover, the possibility of completely delegating to Ocrim maintenance management thus allowing the customer to evaluate costs on a case to case basis, according to requirements, instead of having to bear the burden of fixed costs.
A significant novelty in Ocrim's Global Customer Service is the great care and effort in offering training and the possibility of requesting technical refresher courses, either in Cremona headquarters or at site.
The service offers a great variety of interventions, ranging from reconditioning of existing machines in the plants, guaranteeing the sole use of original spare parts, to checking and improving safety conditions as well as solutions aimed at reducing power consumption to management of spare parts warehouse, from suggestions on sanitation to production diversification plans.
