- products handling: operating details and factors for the selection criteria of mechanical and pneumatic conveying systems
Milling machinery
- description of all the aspects concerning the design, purpose, operation and maintenance of the main machinery in a milling process
Mechanical maintenance
Pratical training on:
- assembling, disassembling of machine parts
- proper use of instruments and tools
- planning of maintenance in a mill
- spare parts management
- adjustments and lubrification
Milling technology
- technological process and flow sheets
- technological use of the machinery forming the cleaning and milling sections
- notions on plant performance
Electronics and automation
- structure, symbols and meanings of a supervisory system
- machinery automation
Workshop
Brief training on:
- rollermill rolls grinding and fluting
- mechanical logics
- notions on grinding and fluting machine
- planning and types of maintenance
Laws
- safety rules
- legislation
- quality control
Visit to a flour milling plant

Target
Provide theoretical and practical notions on the techniques and operations necessary to carry out the ordinary maintenance of the plant.
Furthermore, supply technical and technological information on the milling plant to complete the professional training of the maintenance operator.
For whom it is indicated
Persons even with little knowledge of a flour milling plant but whit adequate school education, that will become responsible of the mechanical maintenance of the plant. |
